Wimbledon Whites, Saturday, July 1

Entries are now open for the annual Wimbledon Whites free club event on Saturday July 1, 1pm to 4pm. Make sure you come on down to this afternoon of semi-competitive fun tennis and attend an event that has become one of the social tennis highlights of the calendar. Prizes for the best Wimbledon-themed outfit. Spaces are limited, so enter now by emailing Jacqui at service@hernebayrackets.co.nz. Our last event - HBPRC French Open was a great success, so don't miss out on Wimbledon.

Interclub

Two close ties last weekend in the Senior Winter Interclub comp saw the Mixed Sec 1 team go down 5-3 to Mission Bay, while the Mixed Sec 3 team had a close result against Clevedon, with match and set results even, only just losing out on games countback 67-64. Senior Winter Team drill and coaching sessions are starting shortly; if you have not yet registered your interest please contact Simon at tennisVP@hernebayrackets.co.nz this week. Details will be circulated to those who have registered shortly.

Junior Squash

Junior Squash Club Night this Friday 23rd June 4-6pm. All juniors welcome, including any friends that would like to give squash a go.

Are you Free ONE Night a month?

We are in need of Bar Volunteers to fill our roster. The commitment is one night per month, or pair up with someone and do every second month. No experience is necessary and training is provided. This is a great way to "do your part" for the Club. Contact Jacqui in the office if you would like to know more.
