Another era comes to an end tomorrow with the departure of Keith Goebel from the Club office. Keith has propped up the office on a Friday for over 10 years now doing the accounts, membership enquiries and saving a fair few tennis captains with a last minute ball pick up for Saturday. Keith started at the club to set up the membership database but since then has become an integral part of this club, particularly with the accounts. Thanks, Keith and all the best for the future.
All junior tennis coaching resumes this week with the first session on Monday 14th October at 3.15pm. If you have not already enrolled your child - please phone David on 021476606 or email us on mustardtennis@xtra.co.nz to book your child in. A number of the sessions are now fully booked and unfortunately we cannot accept people turning up without already being booked in.
… begins on 18th October at 3.30pm. This one hour session is suitable for children aged 6-8 year of age. The 4.30-6pm session is suitable for 9 - 15 year olds. Please note these sessions are for club members to have a go at match play and themed events (no coaching is done in this time).
Starts on Sunday 20th October at 9am. Captains have the team lists and draws, so they will be in contact to organise rosters.
The next Defenders & Aggressors is on Sunday 20th Oct 4pm -6pm. Ladies DnA is on Wednesday. 23rd Oct 10am - 12 noon. The cost is $20 per person and you can email mustardtennis@xtra.co.nz to enter.
The Bar area will be closed on Friday night for a private function.
