Special General Meeting next Monday 8th February at 6.30pm
Purpose - Election of officers and committee for 2010
Please support your Club and attend -
we require a quorum of 30 to elect the incoming Committee

Tennis Club Champs
Need some focus please on getting the first round matches completed asap.
We want to hold a finals day on 28th February - 4 weeks away.
At the moment a number of second round games can not be started until the previous round is complete.
Please endeavor to complete all first round matches by Sunday 14th February, absolute latest.
If you can't meet that timetable please let Leanne know in the office.
Please note 2 courts will be available on the Family fun day on Sunday 14th Feb.
2 courts are allocated for junior club champs but the other 2 courts will be available for general use.
Make a day of it! and get a round of your Club champs out of the way at the same time.
(but don't all of you leave it until then!)

A fun doubles tournament will be held on February 14th - Family fun day
All welcome - starting about 11.30am - emphasis is on fun - all grades - mix and match abilities
Come down, have a game, and wile away the afternoon and early evening with a cold beverage,
a bite to eat and some jazz in the background.
