Making sense of ACC changes
Recent changes to ACC legislation have left many people wondering what kind of treatment is available to people
that have suffered sports and work injuries. Legislative changes have resulted in amendments to available subsidies
but Ponsonby Physio have committed, to themselves and their clients, that this should not affect the outcomes of
their client's treatment - ultimately a return to pre-injury condition.
Ponsonby Physio is also a committed supporter of Herne Bay Rackets and can work with members to ensure that
required treatment remains accessible. In most cases, clients are asked for a nominal contribution towards each
treatment and treatments can be scheduled to facilitate ease of payment, whilst ensuring you have the tools to
optimise your treatment at home.
