The trial to remove the tennis booking system this year proved un-satisfactory to most, hence a modified booking system has been reintroduced with details below. The committee have decided that this is the fairest system for our increased tennis membership.
Please be courteous to other members waiting during peak times and ensure you keep to your maximum 1 hour timeslot. Also if scheduling club champs or league matches then please try and play these OUTSIDE OF PEAK TIMES so that court usage is fair to all.
The tennis booking rules are below and are on the wall to the left of the entry door to the upstairs of the club.

1. Advance Bookings:
Advance bookings will be available on the following basis:
Court 4 - can be booked for singles or doubles anytime* except 5.30-7.30pm daily when doubles bookings only are allowed
Court 3 - can be booked for doubles only between 5.30-7.30pm daily
Courts 1 & 2 are not available for advance bookings
Please note:
· members are entitled to 1x advance singles booking and 1x advance doubles booking per week
· if players do not arrive within 10 minutes of their booked start time, the booking will be forfeited to others who may be waiting
· players must record their full names on the booking sheet
2. General Bookings:
Courts may be booked generally by members who are present at the club at any other time* as follows:
· both players are present and ready to play
· the start time is to be recorded
· bookings are for a maximum of one hour when others are waiting
* With the exception of scheduled interclub contests, junior time-slots, club coaching and tournaments.
