Subject: 2010 TigerTurf HBPRC Senior Tennis Club Champs 
Due to the large number of tennis members we now have, the senior club champs are going to be run as advised by clubs in similar situations. Note that the JUNIOR TENNIS CLUB CHAMPS will be organised later next year by the club coach.
Senior entries are NOW OPEN and will close on Sunday 20th December.
I will have the draws out by Tuesday 22nd, and it is then up to individuals to ORGANISE THEIR OWN MATCHES up to the semi-final stage. You have until January 28th to complete your matches, and balls can be obtained from me or from the office if required.
The semi-finals and finals will then be played on a showcase summer weekend from January Friday 29th - Sunday 31st. Details will be announced closer to the time.

Please ensure you choose the event number(s) you want to play in with a maximum of 3 events per person.

- Open Women's Singles / Best of 3 Sets
- Open Men's Doubles / 2 Sets + Super-tiebreak
- Open Women's Doubles / 2 Sets + Super-tiebreak
- Open Mixed Doubles / 2 Sets + Super-tiebreak
- B-Grade Men's Singles / 2 Sets + Super-tiebreak (Players must be Open 1 grade or below to enter B-Grade events)
- B-Grade Women's Singles / 2 Sets + Super-tiebreak
- B-Grade Men's Doubles / 2 Sets + Super-tiebreak
- B-Grade Women's Doubles / 2 Sets + Super-tiebreak
- B-Grade Mixed Doubles / 2 Sets + Super-tiebreak
Rules
- Maximum of 3 EVENTS can be entered by any one person.
- Open final events will be Best of 3 Sets, B-Grade finals will be 2 Sets + Super-tiebreak.
- There are no plate events for club champs ie if you lose you are out.
- Committee reserves the right to alter the length and/or format of any event.
- Committee reserves the right to cancel an event with insufficient numbers.
Entrants may be given the option to play in an alternative event if applicable.
Hours & Conditions Of Play
Players will organise their own matches up to the semi-final stage. Matches to be completed by January 28th.
