CLUB NOTICE
The Club is hosting the Cox's Bay Advisory Group next Monday night September 7th at 5.30pm.
They will be holding a meeting from 5.30pm to 7pm.
The purpose of the meeting is to view the proposed site of our additional tennis court.
It is highly possible that the office will not be large enough therefore the committee will need
to meet in the open bar area.
Due to the important nature of this meeting, and the Clubs vested interest in a successful outcome it has been decided to close the lounge and bar from 5.30pm - 7pm.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but trust all members appreciate that it is our desire to eliminate any distractions for the duration of the meeting
